VerticalStack is led by Daniel Martin and Andrew Thorp, who together bring over 45 years of experience in payments, embedded finance, and payment infrastructure. The company is building a portfolio of vertical SaaS platforms supported by proprietary payments infrastructure and a disciplined acquisition strategy focused on recurring-revenue software businesses.
